- Tickets will be checked at the entrance of the event by name. If the names or photos with which one has registered or purchased tickets are found to be false and do not match the persons presenting themselves at the event entrance, access will be denied, and membership will be canceled. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No tickets will be sold at the door on the night of the event.
- Only couples (man & woman) are allowed at events.
- Couples who are already members of the community can introduce an additional woman to accompany them. The woman in question must undergo the same registration procedure as all other members.
- Entering the event is always at your own risk.
- The organization cannot be held liable for any form of damage.
- If materials owned by the venue or Caviar de la Nuit are damaged or destroyed, the visitor is liable for repair or compensation.
- Drug use or excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed. Members are encouraged to monitor their alcohol consumption to ensure they can interact respectfully with others and give consent.
- While personal matters between members usually remain private outside the event, patterns of problematic behavior or consent violations1 will be addressed by the Caviar de la Nuit organization.
- All Caviar de la Nuit events have a specific dress code. The dress code must be respected at all times. The organization of Caviar de la Nuit will enforce this and has the right to deny access if the dress code is not followed. Tickets are non-refundable.
- Members are expected to respect the privacy of other members and event visitors and not reveal identities or share experiences without explicit permission. This includes not acknowledging members outside the events without permission and refraining from posting on social media and tagging members and visitors without their consent.
- Open and constructive communication between members is encouraged, while gossip and unsolicited approaches to members are unwanted and prohibited.
- Members do not criticize each other and avoid blaming language.
- Members will only share others' stories with explicit and informed consent or to discuss a relevant topic.
- Approaching another member in any way outside the event requires prior permission from the other member.
- To ensure safety at the event, security agents may perform non-systematic checks and, with permission, conduct superficial pat-downs and baggage checks. Refusal of this request may result in denial of access to the event. Tickets are non-refundable.
- In case of violence or disorder, security agents will intervene, and the police will be called.
- If weapons or drugs are found, the matter will be handed over to the police.
- If necessary, members can seek support from the event hosts. Members are expected to take responsibility for their own actions, decisions, and experiences at the event.
- Members take care of each other by offering help if needed or informing the event hosts.
- The organization of Caviar de la Nuit reserves the right to refuse and/or remove anyone who misbehaves from the event. Access to all future events can also be denied, and membership can be revoked or canceled. Tickets are non-refundable.
- Bringing your own food or drink is not allowed.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
- Use of the cloakroom and lockers is at your own risk. The organization of Caviar de la Nuit is not responsible for lost and/or damaged coats, bags, and other forms of clothing.
- Respect, privacy, and discretion are three core values for Caviar de la Nuit. We expect everyone to adhere to these values.
- It is forbidden to take photographs or record videos with any device at Caviar de la Nuit parties. If this is found, the organization of Caviar de la Nuit has the right to deny access. Tickets are non-refundable.
- The organization of Caviar de la Nuit will hire photographers and/or videographers to capture beautiful moments of the evening. The photos and any videos will be posted on the Caviar de la Nuit website. Only those who attended the event and Gold members have access to these photos.
- As a visitor to an event, you agree that the photos will be posted on the restricted part of the website. If there is a photo of you that you disagree with, you can request its removal. The organization of Caviar de la Nuit will always respect this.
- Caviar de la Nuit has an erotic and flirtatious atmosphere. You may behave accordingly, but keep it appropriate. Sexual acts in public places are not allowed unless special spaces are designated for this.
- Consent must be actively asked for and freely given. Members must respect refusals or withdrawals of consent under all circumstances and regularly check each other's boundaries. Refused, rejected, or revoked consent must always be respected. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and only applies to the specific act in the context at that moment.
- Contact Caviar de la Nuit if you want to file a complaint against another member. These complaints are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
- This code of conduct applies to every visitor to a Caviar de la Nuit event. By purchasing a ticket or registering as a member, each such visitor indicates that they have taken note of and agree to this code of conduct.
